MY STORY

After attending NYU, I worked in marketing & event planning roles at tech & finance companies. In 2008 I started my own event planning company. In the course of a few years, I built a six-figure business planning luxury weddings all over the world. I was living what should have been my best life, but something was missing….

I loved helping my clients navigate the unfamiliar, exciting & emotional process of planning a wedding. But it was starting to feel hollow. All this work for a fleeting moment- a five hour party. Stripped down, I loved what I was doing, but not why I was doing it.

Around this time, my mom decided to downsize her house. I helped her plan & hire a real estate agent. But, I couldn't stop. I had ideas about the listing wording, photos, flyers, and everything else. TBH, I was probably the most annoying client ever. One day, our agent said to me, you know, you really should be doing this as a career.

I’m still a planner & coordinator at heart - but instead of a party, I’m helping people plan their future in a new way. The skills I developed as a wedding planner are insanely transferable to real estate. The role is so similar -

I’m a resource and an advisor to people who are doing a big, important, exciting, scary, expensive thing that is going to change their lives…

As a human, I'm a little bit snarky (in case you missed it) & a total nerd (data is beautiful). In my spare time (lol, what's that?), I enjoy all the usual stuff - spending time with friends & family, making craft cocktails (gin girl here), and reading (preferably on the beach).
